Main Responsibilities

Ensure that all employees follow safety rules and receive proper training on use of production equipments/machines.

Responsible for planning and execution of production and distribution plans to meet customers requirements for product quality and delivery timeliness.

Verify and monitor daily production reports.

Monitor monthly man power planning.

Monitor and analyze monthly utilized capacity for all equipments.

Responsible to achieve monthly production plan by using available manpower and resource.

Monitor Preventive maintenance plan for all equipments.

Responsible for maintaining the quality of all products manufactured.

Monitoring the raw material wastage data sheet on daily basis and its utilization in production.

Review BOM of the parts.

Responsible to trouble shoot during production related to machines, polymer material and others.

Monitor the plant efficiency on daily basis.

Maintain 5S and do Kaizen for the better improvement of work.

Machine Installation

Set up the Extrusion machine and its production line, from selection of raw material to the finished product at high quality from the competitor and take 60% more schedule from OEM.

Prepare mixing ratio to maintain the quality and 100% utilization of waste material.

Set the production line of PP flexible sheets.

Set the production line of HIPS rigid sheets.

Set the production line of PC rigid Sheets.



Development of Adhesive

Research and Develop successfully hot Melt Adhesive in house by self-compounding of polymers by adding supporting additives.



Lamination of Polymer Sheet with Carpet Fabric

Set up the line of lamination of polymeric material sheet with carpet fabric through extruder process.
