Job Profile:

To perform testing on incoming raw materials in Laboratory?(i-e to test the MFI, Density, Softening point, Carbon black content of HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE Resins & Color master batch according ASTM and ISO standards)?

To test the finished products as per international standards for quality assurance?(i-e to check the tensile properties, hydraulic properties, compressive strength and other performance characteristics of cuspated sheet, Geo net, Geo grids and Geo composites)?

Responsible for technical documentation like incoming inspection reports, daily test report, Design data sheet, quality plan, sampling plan, acceptance test report etc?

Responsible to handle the third party inspection audit?

Responsible to train the bottom line and shop floor people regarding quality issues & its solution?

To make corrective action against all non confirmatory?To assist QC Manager in solving product quality problems; determine deviations ?& report findings via verbal & written reports
