Production Engineer (HDPE)

Company Profile: Manufacturer of HDPE pipe

Job Profile:     

Daily production planning and achieve production targets both qualitatively as well as quantitatively within given time.

Making  and updating daily production report, studying and analyzing the daily reports

Studying and analyzing the standard weight and actual weight of pipe and revise the standard weight of pipe

Raw material requisitions for month, reports to Production Manager.

Handling all production related activities for making compounding of pvc material.

Handling nine extrusion lines as a production shift in charge.

Testing the pipe as per IS Standard.

Avoid frequent breakdowns by undertaking preventive maintenance of the machines. Plan the preventive maintenance schedule. 

Conduct trials for developments,

Improvement in process and quality performance through systematic evaluation of weaknesses and implementing new plans to address the same.

Knowledge of  HDPE pipe quality Lab (Testing and inspection)

Machinerys of HDPE Pipe .

60mm Kabra extruder for large diameter pipe i.e.16/110

90mm Cincinnati extruder for large diameter pipe i.e.250/630

80mm Rollepaal extruder (first extruder for PE pipe in India As per draw down technique (110/400)

60mm Kabra extruder for large diameter pipe i.e.16/180

120mm Kabra extruder for large diameter pipe i.e.630/1000
