Job Profile:   

To plan & control all production activities.

Assure consistent quality on shop floor for various compounds with knowledge of processing & operation of machinery.

Responsible for process control to meet production target; Technical support for process trouble shooting.

To maintain all record & document related to production.

Production entry of materials and goods movement and maintaining shop floors WIP as low as possible to avoid mistakes and inconsistency at shop floor, and reporting as per higher authority.

Help in carrying out safety studies including plant& process, Coordinate ISO related requirements.

Training to supervisors & operators about machine, material, trouble shooting & quality related issues.

Knowledge about different type of polymer, co-polymer, inorganic & organic pigment and raw material related to master batch industries.

Maintaining O.E.E. & Production  report.
