2. Experience of installation of machines/instruments in?Paraguay, South America during 2012-2013 & Now I am continued here again from?November 2013 to July 2014 & worked as a development manager.

Job Profile:

My job responsibility is to match the color shade as per customer requirement & handing production activities also.

1 Development of any color masterbatch as per customer requirement.

2 Direct reporting to Director Technical and Director Commercial

3 Man power handling with maximum output from human resources

4 Responsible to increase the production output in the factory in the term of quality

and as well as quantity.

5 Data base preparation for data color matching system.

6 Operate Data color matching system for developments.

7 Producing right material at right time.

8 Controlling of wastage at the time of color changes.

9 To maintain composition of material & reducing cost

10 Daily production Reports.

11 Daily Machines (maintenance) Reports

Different tests conducted for masterbatches and pigments

1. Melt flow index

2. Specific gravity

3. Bulk density

4. CBC Testing

5. Heat test (both masterbatches/pigments)

6. Database preparation for black/white m/b developments.

7. Sieve test
