Job Profile:

General supervision in laboratory

Testing of pigments related to various end applications like plastic, paint, ink applications using various test procedures, resin systems & different polymer processing.

Testing of various physical properties of pigment like bleeding, heat stability, PH, acid alkali, bulk density, moisture content etc.

Expertise in evaluation of pigment w.r.t various parameters required for Plastic industry in detail.

Analysis of various types of customer complaint related to Plastic Ink & Paint industries.

Color matching & color development for various end applications like plastics, paint & ink.

Suggest customer new color recipes for new shades.

Worked as departmental safety coordinator & Part of fire fighting team.

Actively involved in all the ISO activities of department like calibration of instruments including weighing balance, measurement accuracy, inter-lab testing, inter personal testing, work instruction amendment, implementation of different types of formats etc.

Use SAP for new indent creation for lab.

Test method co relation and aliment with customer reports.   



Project Work:

Developing & testing QA/QC & screening test method for Plastic application.

Color Spectrophotometer, Two-Roll Mill, single screw lab extruder, Filter Pressure Value Machine, Blown Film extruder, master batch single screw lab extruder, Injection molding, Gloss-o-meter, Vibroshaker, Auto Bar Applicator.



Technical Experience:

Technical experience in evaluation of pigment & application such as Plastic, Ink & Paint. Prepare & control a Good color Laboratory Chemical & sample Inventory & Documentation system.

Experience in Color matching, QUV, Wether-o-meter. Etc.
