Job Profile:      

M/C Handling:

Blow molding machine (18 no s cavity head Austria make soplar).

Bottom blowing m\c BMU (Blow moulding unlimited) Soplar.

Blow moldings products up50ml to 5lts.

DG Windsor blow molding machine                                                    

Basic knowledge of Injection moulding machine.



Technical Knowledge:

Have capacity to solve all problems blow molding related products.

Having knowledge of mold load & up load.

Setting all parameters accurately.

Maintain the cycle time with mass production.

Reduced material consumption & Control breakdown of M/C.

Having knowledge of all preventive maintenance. 

Know all about quality system for blow moldings.

Responsible for Production Handling and Material Management. Responsible for handling Thermoplastic Materials for Extrusion Blow Molding M/C.

Operations & maintenance:

Checking of L.S., M/c Mould clamping bolt, emergency switch, rear & front gate L.S. panel board & air filter cleaning.

Proactively identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and take steps of rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.

Coordinating material / spare parts planning related activities encompassing requirement of specification and offer evaluation. Planning and executing capital procurement
