I train Vender people for m/c operate also co-operate for Basic maintenance & improve product quality & control. 

Handle all activities in shift like Die assembly, die setting for material flow, Roller change,  m/c assembly, screw fitting also take trial new material & new roller, man power allocation, improve quality & control, material hand over, material planning according to production plan. 

Co-operate for basic m/c maintenance like oil feel up in oil tank, end cutter gap setting, monitoring heater controller & thermocouple s?ance, filter cleaning, heater change also chiller & cooling tower observation. 

Plastic Injection molding M/C

I set all process parameter of plastic injection molding m/c (1200T, 400T, 80T Engel M/C) .then use different types of material of polypropylene like Haldia M 302, Brogue, Reliance, 40 GF, LLDPE with Different color master batch. 

I do all activities into shift like mould change, new mould trial, new material trial, quality improve & control, material hand over, material planning according to production plan & basic m/c maintenance like core limit switch, hrs connection, get valve connection & core cylinder fitting.   

I am handling the team of 60 workers there work allocation, monitoring relieving activity into shift. 

I co-ordinate of product quality & reduce rejection also co-operate with planning for production. 

Feel up all production data sheet daily to daily & main ten ISO Document.



Plastic vacuum forming

Handle all activities in shift like mould change, take trial new mould & process setting positive forming & negative forming, sheet transport
