Establishing processes for new developments & quality products.

Investigate and perform root cause analysis utilizing proven tools to resolve quality, process, and product issues.

To provide technical support to the production team. 

Establishing CAPA & QNCR for the quality related problems.

Complete thorough investigations on internal and external non-conformances as required.

To create awareness towards Quality of product in production & Q.A team.

R&D/Packaging Development department with existing and new product, process and supplier related issues to eliminate any quality issues before they arise.

Member of internal auditor team for QMS (Auditor of Inter Departmental Audits for QMS, Preparation of Audit report & Verifying the compliance).
