Job profile -

Monitoring of daily production as per given targets by optimal utilization of resources like raw material, machineries manpower etc.

Monitoring the quality of finished & semi finished & controlling the rejections.

Monitoring the process of Injection molding machine on daily basis & set parameters of new mould start-up to reduce rejections & down time.

Monitoring the daily preventive maintenance of Injection moulding machines & utilities to prevent breakdowns.

Prepare daily & monthly production report & raw material consumption.

Reviewing the safety point in the plant to avoid accidents & other problems.
