Job Profile:

lead a department having production capacity of approx. 250 MT of Laminates per month. 

Department includes 7 staff members and a set of 45 trained operators and technicians.

Machinery setup includes:

2 Rotogravure printing machines ( 1 ELS, 1 MLS) with automatic registration control system, 1 lamination machine (with solvent base adhesive, 1 lamination machine (solvent less), 4 slitting machine, 2 inspection & rewinding machine, 2 Nos. coding machine and with other required accessories such as trolleys, lifting arrangement, cylinder & rubber roller storage racks, stretch wrap machine etc.

Routine works includes:

Track of production as per schedules, Analysis of wastages & plant efficiency, Co-ordination with other departments, Sharing of plants statistics with other units of company, Inventory planning with purchase, Monthly reviewing non-moving items, Preparing monthly cost sheet, Manpower and job changeover planning, Maintaining work as per norms of ISO 22000, Development of manpower by job rotation and deputation.

Other Activities: 

Members of ERT team, Members of PQS (Internal Quality System), Members of core decision committee, Half yearly inter-unit departmental meetings for sharing of new methods and learning, mentor of 5 employees, discussing and finalizing or changing suppliers looking at aspects (such as quality, delivery status, GSM variation etc.)
