Cold start-up, hot start up and warm start-up of WHR Boiler & Turbine.?

Smooth running of WHRB Boiler by maintain drum level, de aerator level, temperatures and pressures?Giving soot blowing whenever temperature drops.?

Decision making during block outs, trips etc.?

Synchronization of TG with Grid.

Responsibilities:

Worked on AFBC DCS operation and Turbine DCS operation.

Hot light up, cold light up and warm light up of Boiler.

Good experience in DCS operation knowledge?Maintaining drum levels, checking deaerator levels and DM tank level.?

Maintaining bed levels, frequently bed charging, effective coal feeding, maintaining furnace draught etc.

?Smooth changeover of BFPs during boiler running?Smooth operation of boiler during grid failure.

Generating required load to client and supplying required load to client.

Technical:

Repairing, installing or designing equipment

Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs

Documents all inspections, maintenance, service work, and submits paperwork in a timely basis.?Orders, installs, and returns parts and manages repair parts cycle time.?Reviews all logs for open issues and prepares formal reports?Assesses product / equipment performance based on field support data; recommends modifications or improvements.?Technical support to service professionals when required.
