Follow up all process & Preparing the work Instruction and MIS.

Moulding Process trouble shooting with minimum rejection & maintain optimum quality of products. ?

To analyze the production wastage on daily basis and initiate Corrective & preventive actions to ensure the best utilization of raw material & least wastages.

To implement clean room environment on shop floor.To provide motivation of our team for achieving the production targets ensuring all quality aspects.

To ensure that the work instruction, specification, control plan, regular & preventive maintenance which followed while production.

To analyze the problem & correct it for avoid the problem of line.

Doing preventive & break down maintenance of moulding m/c
