Responsible for attendance & deputation of man power.?

Monitor their jobs, Work flow & assembly Shop Production.

Material Management In Assembly Shop - Manage Materials with Standard Operating Procedure & ?Stage Wise Bom For Maintaining Quality Production.

Cabin Trimming Line - Make a separate Cabin trimming line with SOP & Stage Wise BOM.

Assembly Conveyor Details - Make ?Planning chart for vehicle production, explaining the no of prod. in Single shift & no of operators required for ?production.?

Winner 2.0 LTR Diesel Veh. Manufacturing Book - Make complete book on Manufacturing Process & Procedures of ?WINNER with complete designing of SOP, Stage Wise BOM, formats & all contents.



Achievements In Assembly Shop:?

Make BOM of ?2.0 Ltr. Diesel WINNER vehicle Under the guideline of Plant head.

Make a complete book on Manufacturing processes & procedures of 2.0 Ltr. Diesel WINNER vehicle under the guideline of Plant head.
