Over all Responsible for molding shop like, Machine Parameter setting, Mold   Maintenance, Manpower Handling, Raw Material Handling.

Achieve production target both qualitatively as well as quantitatively within given time.

Responsible for Maintaining  quality during manufacturing by ensuring that all work is carried out on the shop floor according to standard procedure.

New mold trail, material trial, involve in product development process and Continuous improvement process.

Implement 5-S & KAIZEN on shop floor.
