Job Profile:

Handling all production related activities- primary responsible for production and secondary for maintenance.

Verification of daily production process monitoring sheet and breakdown maintenance report.

Verification of daily rejection reports and root cause analysis.

Daily production planning and scheduling of mould, machine, raw material & manpower.

Advanced planning for timely executions of orders along with dispatch/marketing department.

Active participation to resolve quality issues and customer complaints.

Close monitoring and maintain OEE targets and breakdown % targets.

Analyzing other requirements like Jigs, fixtures and utility etc for proper functioning of production processes.

Other Responsibilities:

Setting up new product mould trials to meet standard quality requirement set by company.

Planning for trials of new moulds received and gets approved within target timing.

Process parameter standardisation, composition, cycle time standardisation for new products

Active participation in new mould manufacturing concepts for production optimization, breakdown reductions.

Mould modification related suggestions for better quality and easy process setting. 

Quality system documentation of trials according to ISO.

Responsible for improvement in existing and new products for color, new aesthetic looks and finishes etc.

Responsible for study, trials and installation of latest technologies.

Improvement in existing technologies to increase productivity, reduce breakdown, save energy & man hours.

Process/ product settings and training to subordinates at Nilkamal different plant locations in case of difficulty to concern plants.
