Job Profile:

Establishing the monthly targets and executing it on timely basis.

To monitor the daily productivity of all lines in assembly.

Put the MRS in system as per the production plan.

Receiving the material from store as per the given MRS.

Assuring timely calibration of tools and equipments we use.

Upgrading the tooling required for production and reducing the cycle time & re-work.?

To monitor the rejection rate of components.

To maintain all the documents related to production.

Prepare the weekly and monthly reports of assembly.

Prepare daily QC out report/ monthly WIP report.

Conduct the meeting with the associates on the daily basis on daily work management.

Providing training, guidelines and work instructions to the workers for production process.

To check daily check sheets of associates.

To maintain the 5S on the production floor.
