Responsible for all production related activity like achieving daily targets, reducing rejection, increasing work efficiency, maintain record of daily production.

Distribution of workload to operators to achieve daily production target.

Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.

Supervising hourly production.

Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.

Organizing daily work at shop floor.

Handling skilled manpower and administration of shop floor.

Ensured proper housekeeping and coordinating with workers.
