Review of daily job progress with site team, reviewing of the progress of activities and discussion of weekly progress with our client, consultant and planning team to achieve set mile stone.?

Attending site meetings, appraising of the site developments to the Client team and our own management

Monitoring the commercial issues.

Site co-ordination in terms of getting the erection activities certified by the consultants and maintain reports .

Arrange for final hand over of the site by attending to the Punch ?pointed out by the customer consultants ?

Prepare the schedule for Air-conditioning and ventilation system

To solve technical issues at site

Preparing and review of layout drawing and flow diagrams.

To calculate heat-load calculation for the ACVS System.

Job Profile:

Executed the inspection of all ancillary Materials , Equipments and core HVAC equipments at site by customer consultant?

Executed the Inspection as well as co-ordinated for the welding of MS pipe?

Executed the Erection of HVAC systems on the foundation as per suit to site conditions and arranged for approval of the same by the consultant.

Arranged various in process tests ? hydro test of the chilled water / condenser water pipes, smoke testing / light test of all Centrallised Ducts, activating the fire dampers by annunciation panel and air balancing of the entire system.

Commissioned 225 TR HVAC equipments within a time frame of 2 years.
