All Stores SOP.

Maintaining the FIFO, 5s & ISO Procedure. 

Cycle Count i.e. every cycle complete in 45 Days.

Monitoring the Expiry of material. 

Proper disposition of EOL material. 

Settlement of contracts & rates of transporters engaged in distribution and also their bills with accounts.



Back-end co-ordination with Production and FG stores:

Uniform order booking in ERP for the stockiest/customer of the area.

Taking care for uniform invoicing along with instructions from sales team of the area.

Meeting the delivery schedule by properly co-coordinating the activities with production and logistics team. And coordinating activities between customer requirement and logistics of material.

Maintaining all reports, process documentation, and customer service logs.

Branch transfer for unavailable material in stock at FG stores of the area from different locations.

Taking care for GRN, Inward & Outward material.

Intimation of Excise (i.e. cancellation of Invoice, Submission of  Excise, Return of material etc)

Addressing stockiest/customer grievances to the management.

Coordinating between C&F and management.

 

Inventory Management:

Maintaining the sufficient stock and proper management of the same so that optimum inventory is maintained. 

Taking care of every day inventory after inward & outward.

Taking care of non moving inventory.



Scrap Material Management:

Taking care of scrap material activity & process as per our system.
