Leading a team of 3 Quality AM, 13 Quality Engineers, 5 lab technician & 37 Quality Controllers

for 2 Manufacturing Units. 

Preparing Spec Sheet, SOP, WI & MTP documents for Running/New product launches to meet 

customer requirements for Improving reliability of product development processes.

Verifying/Preparing reports & Presentations by collecting, analyzing and summarizing the data

from Team/CFT. 

Carrying Out QRM, MRM, CAPA/Why-Why analysis/8D Report/SQCR, Layout Inspection, MSA, 

SPC, Control Plan, FMEA, Internal-External & Supplier Rejection Analysis, COPQ, etc.) 

Verifying records as per FSSC/ISO 22002, ISO 22000 & Company Standard.

Randomly Verifying Molded, & Assembled Products dimensions, color, weight, texture, strength 

and fitment, incoming/Outgoing materials status. Randomly monitoring product testing method and inspecting products in order to make sure 

that they meet specified standards.

Carrying out Hygiene, Safety, 5S& Kaizen practice in All over the plant.

Establish/monitor and control hold for inspection (HFI) procedures to ensure nonconforming 

materials do not enter the production process and are properly identified and segregated.

Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Engineering, Production, R&D and Tool room to resolve 

customer complaints and concerns.

Providing technical guidance& required training to team. 

Reviewing operating procedures, all product quality aspects like planning, manufacturing 

methods and process validation/specifications.

Coordinating with suppliers and customers related to performance feedback, quality issue and 

their corrective action with effectiveness monitoring. 

Ensuring that manufacturing or production processes meets company global standards.

Handling Internal-External, Supplier, Product-Process, ISO 9001:2015, 45001, BRC Issue-5 audits
