Job Profile:

To give optimum level of quality production confirming to customer?s requirement and specifications making the best use of available men, material and machines.

To make daily/weekly/monthly production targets for Relay Starter Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Relay Assy. Power.

To list out hurdles in the way of target production in terms of men, material, machines.

To sort out problem issues in consultation with HR deptt, RI/Material deptt, maintenance deptt/Tool room. ??

5?Responsible for maintaining documents as per TS-16949/2009 standards and Process Audit.

Responsible to take corrective action for the line problem through root cause analysis.

Responsible to fill up supervisor check sheet, multi skill chart, daily production data, 10 pcs approval data sheet, N.C.R.

Responsible for Operator training, their competency tests, monitoring, to check operator check sheet & other line check sheets.

To supervise the line leaders and see that they are discharging their duties properly.

To review last days rejections and to take remedial action wherever required.

1?Responsible for 5S , 3C, 3K, 3G,7 QC tools, POKA-YOKA and KAIZEN activities

Line maintenance like winding machine, Relay tester, Pneumatic press, Hand Press.



Training:

Six week Summer Training at Teleking ?(Inverter, UPS, Battery), ?Narela. (10th June to 30th ?July 2009)?Six week Summer Training at Havells India Ltd. Neemrana (17th June?to 26th July 2010)



Project:

Multi Channel Monitoring System (sensor based).

MCMS is a device which is used to monitor the physical quantities like temperature, pressure, humidity, light intensity etc.
