Quality Assurance Technician

Company profile  - Plastic, Packaging & Containers, Polystyrene (PS) Sheets - Colored, White & Translucent, and Manufacturing company



Job profile -

Daily sampling inspection of preforms, Caps and closures, PET and HDPE bottles.

Analyze the acetaldehyde content and ensure whether the AA reducer dosage as per the customer requirement.

Find out intrinsic viscosity value in PET materials and preforms.

Conduct the dimensional inspection for preforms using Vernier, Height gauge ,ultra-sonic thickness gauge and go, no-go gauge templates.

Approve the color change of products by matching with QA reference sample.

Conduct drop test, top load for all PET and HDPE bottles.

Analyze the torque efficiency for all caps produced in SACMI machine.

Give the printing approval for SACMI caps by matching with reference sample.

Confirming the efficiency of Leak tester, Vision inspection equipment etc.. in regular interval.

Assurance to maintain good GMP & HK in production area.

Conduct the inspection for incoming packing materials; such as corrugated fiber carton, poly bags, stretch films, BOPP tapes etc..

Issue the Certificate of analysis to the customers before delivering the product.

Maintain the retention sample in every start-up production.

Review BOM in SAP and take the corresponding corrections for all products .

Release all the products in SAP after scanning by production team.

Assistance to QA team in FSMS and HAACCP activities.

Support to the team for supplier audits such as COCACOLA,PEPSICO and external audits like BRC and ISO.

Conducts cost reduction trials and validate process.

Calibration and maintenance of instruments.
