Job Profile:

Attend of Responsibilities preventive maintenance, corrective     maintenance, AMC collection & follow by telephonic and personal visit.

Perform installation of equipment at customer site and obtain SAT.

Perform first line maintenance on the equipment on customer site to ensure   the assigned machine is maintained at the established levels.

Manage on-site inventory of parts and spares. Make Spare part requests after every PM call or as when required to maintain pre-defined Inventory levels at Base location. Reporting of Spares Consumption in the Service report correctly & Report Monthly Stock Status of Spares & Consumables for sites assigned.

Follows escalation procedures to assure that problems are resolved expeditiously and that timely communications are maintained with designated G&D Team member.

Actively promotes a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining open communication and providing proactive attention to customer requirements.

Ensures timely collection of all receivables for the assigned machines

Installation  commissioning Troubleshooting, breakdown call attend, repairing, testing, preventive maintenance., corrective maintenances, operators trepanning, check drive & various type of bearing, fuse, gear units, belts etc
