Job Profile:

Overall responsibilities of production, planning, scheduling.

Implement system to improve productivity, reduce down time, cost reduction, etc., and management of materials (cycle time reduction, man power reduction, usages of re-grinding).

Assist R & D department by taking trial of new moulds and raw materials.

Co-ordinate with support function Q.C., R&D department and tool room.

To generate and review daily production reports and gives feedback to plant head.

To do trouble shooting, process related problems and documented corrective action plan to avoid occurrences by interacting with production engineers, tool room, and machine maintenance to ensure required repairs are carried out in a timely manner.

To analyse root cause of process rejection and reduce rejection and optimise it.

Co-ordinate set up and implements standard operating procedure for all production operations in line with ISO 9001:2008 requirement.

Analysis of quality defects and takes remedial action.

Dispose unwanted material-output wastage of production.

To develop second level leaders.

Responsible for discipline of entire team.
