Job Profile:

Manage employee?s daily activities to insure production efficiencies.

Making the production plan and achieve the target with quality.

Responsible for production targets, quality, yield on shift basis, continuous improvement in reducing wastage, maintain productivity norms and improve equipment effectiveness.

Selecting appropriate manpower and train them for different operations in plant.

Train employees in fundamental of production?

Manage employee?s hours to insure minimal overtime.

Conduct regular performance feedback to employees and senior management.

Ensure safety, efficient performance of process, equipment health ,house keeping

Place employees on verbal and written counselling as needed.

After consulting with H R and head of Operations, function as a mediator between employees as need.

Extruder operating and Process monitoring.



Thermoforming/Vacuum Forming:

Operation and Troubleshooting of thermoforming machines.

I co-operate with operators any critical condition of m/c process setting.

Handle all activities in shift like mould change, take trial of new mould & process setting of positive forming.?

Co-operate for basic m/c maintenance like limit switch setting, mould assembly etc.
