Job Profile:

Making drawings for individual process. ?

Prime role is to act as a Coordinator with all the supporting departments and ensure the smooth workflow by making the necessary Raw Material and Documents available in time.

Modify the existing tool design 3D (PRO-E) as well as 2D also.?

Assembly of moulds as per standards and requirements.

After completing the Tool Manufacturing, arrange for Trial and check the Accuracy of the Critical, Functional as well as Aesthetic requirements. Based on the input of the First Trial, Correcting the Tool to meet the quality requirements and producing the samples for final approval to the Customer.

Follow up of ECN tools (Engineering Change Notes) between tool room and product development department.	

Design modification to improve productivity.

Breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance of tools.
