Job Profile:

Processings-

Vertical & horizontal injection molding machine.

Compounding , master batches & filler (Single screw and twin screw extruders like Alpha steer 50, omega 30, omega40 , omega 60(with under water pelletizer), omega 95 (with under water pellitiser), Coprean Keya cte 50,copreon Keya cte 75 , zsk50,, freesia 50, high speed mixer (200lts ,130 lts), pulverizer, kneader, banbuary mixture, die face cutter etc).



Testings-

All fundamental properties of plastics-thermal (MFI, ASH, Moisture, HDT), mechanical (tensile, flexural, impact) , DENSITY.

Masterbatches-

For thermoplastics-Black(conductive & non-conductive), white, color (opaque, transparent, metallic, pearl fluorescent, marble grade) and additive master batches-anti oxidants, anti static agent, UV stabilizer, antisink, antiblock, slip mb, clarifying agent, anti microbial, brightening agent, antifog, PPA, dessicant mb.



Compounds-

LLDPE, LDPE, PS,HIPS, GPPS,Glass Filled PP,PP,PC , PET, PBT, PMMA, PTFE, POM, NYLON-6,NYLON-6,6, NYLON-12, NYLON Glassfilled , SAN, ABS, PA-ABS BLEND,PC-ABS Blend, Acrylic.

Fillers- Various Loading Of Filler?80-82% loading calcium carbonate in PE & PP.

75-78% loading of talc filled in PE.



Job Responsibilities-

Handling total production process starting from incoming of raw materials up to finished goods.

Solve online problems during processing

Testing of incoming materials, in process & finished goods.

Controlling manpower during production.

Handling machines like twin screw, single screw.

Preparing ISO report as per ISO procedure.

Production optimization & control. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ??
