Development of Plastics Raw materials for Automotive Interior & exterior Applications.Understanding customers need and then Prepare initial /Draft formulation,Testing Evaluation sheet & Conducting trials on small scale to achieve desired properties & Preparation of Process Parameter Sheet.

Taking initial three lot production under own observation & Then to submit observation report to Manager/General Manager( RTC) to freeze & To finalize formulation for regular production.

All Activities of Processing / Pilot lot production for New Developments/New Grades & Trials.?

Extruder Machine Handling with Brabender Feeder set up: - Berstorff ZE-42, ZE-62, Steer- Omega 50 H, Theysohn TSK-30 & Coperion Keya TE -20.

Process developed: New development project ? Manufacturing of Maleic Anhydride grafted PP, Manufacturing of PA-ABS blend. ?

Injection moulding process development for specimen?s preparation of Tensile properties, Flexural properties, Impact properties, Thermal properties as per ISO & ASTM D Standards.

All types of supporting Activities of production/QA department Regarding Processing for New Grades & Color matching. ?

ERP handling to create New Grade Name & BOM for New Grades in ERP system.?

Responsible for Testing of New grades:- Mechanical properties- Tensile properties, Flexural properties, Impact properties, Hardness,Thermal properties - HDT, VST,& Physical properties,Scratch & MAR Resistance test & DSC for material characterization.

Preparation of Engineering/RTC Department Related Documents as per ISO / TS 16949:2009.

Preparation of test certificates & Certificates of analysis.

Customer complaint solving.

Implementation and maintaining 5?S.
