Job Profile:

Responsible for breakdown and preventive maintenances of mechanical rotating and static equipments which are as follows-

Single and double air compressor.

Blower and cooling Tower.

Storage tanks for various chemicals and pressure vessels and dryers, all Gear box, Bearing.

Inspection of new equipments for project related job as per for plant modification.

Generating preventive, breakdown material usage of individual plant report regularly and submission to head.

Responsible for cheeking measurement and keeping billing record in ms excel format for respective organization.

Responsible for carrying out predictive maintenances of rotating machines such as pump motor, blowers, fans and gear, Chillers, AHU, compressors and dryer, Receiver tank.

Performed routine maintenances inspection of equipments to identify and respond to problem in a timely manner,thus preventive breakdown.



Worked as Project engineer:

Generation of optimised layout options for various engine configurations for the projects, including the information regarding the area required and quantity of utilities & equipments .

Reviewing PFDs (Process Flow Diagram), P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) and Isometrics.

Involved in the CAPEX (capital expenditure) estimation with various configurations of Aux Boilers and other Balance of plant equipments.

Prepared various project documents PEP (Project Execution Plan), RFP (Request for Proposal) for the DEC work, and TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) reports of vendors.

Worked on ERP for the creation of MR (Material Requisition) of the major equipments of cogeneration power plant & Service entry for the material required in projects.

Reviewing the DBRs (Design Basis Reports) submitted by the DEC (Detailed Engineering Consultants) and preparation of Equipment numbering as per project engineering Procedures.
