?Monitoring Raw Material & Engineering store.



?Look after all transactions of incoming material day to day basis.



    Daily receipt of material prepared inward (RM) and inform to user 

    Department for inspections.



?Preparing GRN after proper inspections of received specified Material by 

    users according to indent and purchased order.



?Verification of  GRN Before forwarding it to account Dept. according to 

    indent and purchased order



    Maintain all reports day to day MIS monthly, Quartly & annual like 

    inventory, consumption & MIR.



?Store related Monthly Consumption



   All documentation of store related proper maintain as per our ISO  

  System/norms. 



    Stock Reconciliation of Material like Iron-Ore, Coal & Engineering Goods

?Stock verification Book & physical stocks



?All procurements bills, transportations and service bills submit in account 

   department after proper verification of rates, duty, taxes and value of bills 

    according to respective order.



?Material reconciliation of all contractors.
