?(TGY) is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001 certified companies engaged in design, manufacturing and supplying of Lead Acid batteries. Presently its OE customers include TML, TOYOTA, MARUTI, Piaggio, KOEL, L&T-Kombatsu, Isuzu and Indian Army.

	

Roles & Responsibilities

?	Responsible for flawless NPD with maintaining timeline & first time right New Product Development (NPD).

?	Creating 3D models of Products, Assembly Design & Surface Modeling using Catia-   V5

?	Creating 2D drawings using AutoCAD.

?	Creating & Generating 2D (Drafting) drawings by using Catia-V5

?	SAP-ERP Activities: Material Code & BOM creation, Rate Routing, Production Version, Cost Collector & Storage Location Allocation for Material.

?	OEM?s Customers (TML, Maruti, Toyota, KOEL, Piaggio, JCB, Isuzu and L&T) Complaints handling.

?	Conducting Design Review Meeting.

?	Vehicle level testing through data logging at customer end & data analysis.

?	Interacting with suppliers along with SCM in Improvements in battery plastic components.

?	Supporting function to Tooling Department.

?	Contribution in vendor PPAP audit.

?	Working continuously on developing more cost effective and better quality solutions.
