Job profile:

Planning for production is according to job.

Prepare BOM and sent to Purchase Deptt.?

Decide on parts of jobs to be outsourced (Vendors).

Develop new vendors.?

Prepare & Maintain Production report, material Consumption and daily sent to?

Division Head and H.O.

Control manpower?s on Production Shop. ?

Manage productivity and quality at every stage of production, Quality Inspection.

Coordination with Tool room Deptt, Store Deptt. For various types of problems and?

Continues improvement.

Works with utility team for Machine maintainence and other activity according functional?Head

Keep eye on raw materials, Consumables, Machine maintenance.

Ensure timely Manufacture and Delivery of Products.

Keep Track of Customer Complaints and take Permanent corrective measures to avoid ?

Repetition of complaint.

Minimize material and consumables wastage.

Keep eye on shop clean i.e. 5 minutes/day/worker to clean his work place.

Ensure proper use of energy sources.
