Reporting to Technical GM day to day.

Check the daily report log book of technician.

Abnormality to be discussed with technician & GM.

Prepared Engineering weekly report, monthly report.

Supervision of daily activities of technicians as per jobs allotted.

Taken plant round and monitoring all of winders, control panels, inverter drive panel.

Daily P.M work of machines motors, panel checking to be done & provided to materials, tools as per requirement.

Responsibility of shift tools, catalogues, drawing maintain, shift log book.

Indented, requirement material discussed with manager & follow-up pending indent material to smooth running of plant.

Attending breakdowns in night shift and also when required by technicians.

RGP & NRGP material follow-up.



Project handled:

Project handled of TMT POY winder ATI-614/10R erection & commissioning work for a new line for POY plant 24 winders. All erection & commissioning work to be look like power cable laying , termination, cable tray laying, fabrication & modification work, all Power panels charging work, all instrumentation Control panels Commissioning work , control cables laying & termination work, all instruments like RTD, Pressure Transmitter, different types of PID controller ,thermocouple, pressure controls, heater temperature control system work to be done.

Another Project handled of Barmag FDY (Fully Drawn Synthetics Yarn) Make Germany Winder- ACW5T/1380-12 erection & commissioning works for 1 nos. old line 8 winders. All erection & commissioning work to be look like power cable laying , termination, cable tray laying, fabrication & modification work, all Power panels charging work, all instrumentation Control panels Commissioning work , control cables laying & termination work, all instruments like RTD, Pressure Transmitter, different types of PID controller ,thermocouple, pressure controls, heater temperature control system work to be done.
