Company Profile: Manufacturing of control Cable and Shifter, PBL for major four wheeler OEM customers like Nissan, Ford, Mahindra and Volkswagon

Job Profile:

Conducting daily Shift Start up Meeting & Shift End Meeting ?and update document on PVD board.

Follow the plan and achieve the target as per talk time.?Maintaining production quality documents (Start up, Set up approval & TPM check sheet, Production report, First off, In process inspection, Process Monitoring sheet)

Prepare the production report of per day production. Checkout the Quality and quantity of product after moulding.

Loading and unloading the different moulds tool in injection moulding.

Monitoring the process of machine, machine tools and process of machining.

Solve out the basic problem of machine which can effect on the quality of product

During the machine on running condition.

Achieve OEE as per defined plant targets.

Manpower control & Discipline in the shift

Implementation and maintaining 5?s & Kaizen system in the shop.

To improve my knowledge and skill?

Rejection control, Scrap control.

Production planning alignment with schedule adherence. Inventory management & raw material reconciliation
