Production Engineer-Trainee:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Designed and implemented effective production processes.

Handling the production and quality related tasks with troubleshooting.

Co-ordinate with maintenance and EHS team to perform conventional and safe process without any obstacles to environment and personal safety.

Handling and maintenance of process related documents.

Calibration and maintenance of process related instruments with instrumentation team.

Reduce the consumption of relative measures.

Responsible for increasing the productivity through combined work.

Performed time studies on production equipment to successfully establish production bottlenecks.



EQUIPMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS HANDLED:  EQUIPMENTS:

Evaporator, Heat Exchanger, Chiller and cooling tower, Rectifier, Extractor, Mixer and  Receive, Concentrator, Centrifuge, Glass column.



INSTRUMENTS:

Temperature and pressure transmitters, pH and conductivity meter, UV Spectrometer   



PROJECT DETAILS:

Degradation of organic compounds present in textile effluent by the application of  photo catalytic reactor.
