Quality Control & Assurance:

Extensive knowledge of BIS standards (Specially in IS:13488, IS:14151(P-1&2), IS:13487, IS:12786 & IS:4985).

Strengthen the online inspection through establishing proper systems, procedures.

Providing technical support to the production team & create awareness towards Quality of product.

Involved in day to day production to assure quality of product as per BIS standards as well as to satisfy the customers.

Testing of incoming raw materials & finished products as per Scheme of testing & inspection (STI).

Involved in trials in order to minimize the rejections & breakdown hours.?
