Job profile:

Coordination with Consultant for the planning of Electrical Systems, Utilities and machineries.

Supervise and manage vendor engineering and equipment deliverable to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

Condition Monitoring and Predictive maintenance of critical equipment and corrective actions to avoid breakdown.?

Daily Power monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis.?

Material procurement through SAP and maintaining minimum spares for attending breakdown and reducing breakdown time.?

ISO documentation, Quality Circle formation for detecting problems and solving from shop ?floor employees.?

Conducting Safety audits within the department and ensuring the compliance from all the?employees and updating the checklists and audit reports.

Operation and Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical System, Compressors, boilers and Machineries and maintenance of DG Sets.?

Supervise the maintenance department activities.

Responsible in checking the specification and the capacity of the machine and decide of which machine is required to be imported from the suppliers.

Cost estimation and budgets.

Attending site meetings.

Ensuring inspection of material received at site after receipts.

Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress

Responsible for 5 no?s of Wind turbine generator of different capacities (2 x 250 kw, 2 x 750 kw & 1 x 650 kw)

Responsible for 5S Implementation & conducting audits for 5
