Electroluminescent Printing ? Study and Development in Packaging and Advertisement

Electroluminescent (EL) printing is basically produced by screen printing several layers of functional inks i.e., phosphor inks, dielectric inks, silver conductive inks.

Phosphor paste is printed onto a conductive, transparent film. A dielectric coating is then printed onto the phosphor and, finally, the second electrode is printed onto the dielectric layer using silver or carbon pastes. Thus, Electric current i.e., via inverter (DC-AC CONVERTER) is applied to the circuit, where particles present in Phosphor emits light.

We are here developing inks for the same and will be making an alternative elp lamp at low cost.

Different styles of Textile Printing

Here we printed different samples using various styles or methods of textile printing using screen printing. Styles such as Radium printing, Puff Printing, Beads printing, Spray printing, etc. and then finally we printed t shirts using screen printing.
