Job Profile:?

Supervision all activity which is requirement for shift handling as well as control the customer complaints, Complete analysis of Raw material (BOPP, Bopet, metallized film, al-foil, PE film, paper Core, corrugated box etc) and end product(Printed and laminated sample, slitting).

Having able to attend or providing technical suggestion for better process ability of packaging film/converting of film. ?

UTM-Lloyd Instruments, Haze & Gloss Meter-Gardner, Millitron 1240-Mahr, Friction Tester-Davenport, Moisture Analyser-Omnimark, Hot-Tack & Heat Sealing Strength.

Nature Of Job:

On line quality control:

Analysis of produced films (jumbo) and metabolized film with respect to our specification, and coordinate with production department.

All kind of equipment handle to which related to testing and calibration done independently.

FINAL PRODUCT CONTROL:

Slit rolls or final production graded accordingly to product specification and the customer requirement.

Complained analysis of customer end, and ensure to them or technical support.

Study of competitor?s product and research and development and coordinate with our team.

Other Activity:

Involved in TQM and their activity including ISO documentation and audit.

Other Responsibility:

Guideline provide to trainee about product quality and their importance.

To provide declaration certificate to customers, whenever any SKU obsoletes and to make and provide all COCs (Certificate of compliance) to customers.

To coordinates with mktg team when any CIR raised and to clear all online CIRs with in approved time ? limit.

Documentation for audits (Internal/ External) & Maintain & updating of customer specifications.
