Project experience

Project Topic: Polymer Concrete

Polymer concrete is made from selectively graded aggregates in combination with a polymer resin system. When combined through a process of mixing, molding and curing, an extremely cross linked bond is formed. Precast polymer concrete is reinforced with fiber glass for exceptional strength and durability. Polymer concrete is used in many applications, construction of highway pavements, bridge decks and waste water pipes. The output of the project is light weight, high strength, resistance to abrasion, cost effective polymer concrete was produced. ?

20 days In plant training was done at JK Tyres and industries Ltd., Mysore, Karnataka. During the industrial training I understand the process of tyre manufacturing



Industrial Visit

Conducted industrial visits to companies like Harrisons Malayalam Ltd, Muply, ?Shakthiman ?super PVC pipes Perumbavoor, Cochin Special economical Zone(CSEZ) at Kakkanad.?
