Have a well knowledge of various process like Holography, lamination(Solvent base & less), ?Pouching, Maintaining good quality of all process (Slitting, Metalizer, Lamination, Pouching, Coating, Holography).

Excellent knowledge of Holograms,Holography Soft Embossing, Hard Embossing, UV Embossing Hot Stamping Foil (HSF) both Textile Grade ?and Graphic(paper) Grade with shade matching.?

Excellent knowledge of Cold Foil and Plastic Foil Grade products.

Checking Raw materials, BOPP, CHC grade, CHE PAP , NYLONS coated paper, GSM checking, Treatment level checking, shade matching, release test, solid content of chemicals, testing of chemicals with help of lab instruments in Laboratory etc.

Working in QC Laboratory and doing the testing as per ISO and ASTM ?Standards & Documentation of all QC/QA related activities report generation, Handling all kind of Quality Controlling like online checking, Lab instruments checking, Final inspection, Processing of Raw Material, Preparing the Test Certificate of production batches.
