Handling production planning activities, planning and utilizing manpower on shop floor and monitoring constant supply of materials available to suit process requirement.

Tracking, analyzing and achieving targets like OEE above 85% and scrap below 4% on Shift basis.

Preparing SOP for process related activities and analyzing, implementing RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) for process problems through WHY analysis method.
