For Quality & QMS :

Prepare & Implementation of control plan through different audit and inspection activity such as incoming inspection, process and product audit, FG audit etc

Prepare and implementation of incoming raw material and final product inspection standards.

Prepare, Timely Updating & maintaining the PPAP documents (All requirements)

Prepare, review & maintain the Quality System documents

Preparing & updating calibration schedule, Define the acceptance criteria for calibration. ?co-ordinate with External agency for calibration of measuring instruments and calibrate the equipments as per the schedule

Handling & Analysis of the Customer Complaints.

Implementation of Corrective action & Preventive actions. Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality systems

Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to products, process and quality systems

Preparation of Monthly performance data for quality and presented during monthly meeting.
