Currently Working in Production Department (Specialty Polystyrene)

Responsible for monitoring, controlling, optimization and improvement for day to day safe and efficient process operation.

Drawing up a production schedule as per Raw Material availability and Marketing need.

Review and reschedule production base upon availability of resource( Machine and Material) to meet ?customer delivery date.

Responsible for the selection and maintenance of plant equipment.

Working out the human and material resources needed.

To check any modification, field change order or revamp in order to improve productivity and performance.?

Train people for routine work and ?Troubleshoot related to daily production and process failure?



Project Profile:?

Installation and commissioning of Extruder Line:

Member of cross functional team, responsible for carry out Installation and commissioning of Polymer Extruder Lines; 3 Kneader Base Lines (750 Kg/Hr) and Feeder base Line (600 Kg/ Hr, with provision of 2 side Feeder of Filler addition).

Team also responsible for establishing working parameter and provision of interlocks for safe working of human being and equipment.

Hazard identification and Risk assessment (HIRA) of new activities involved during project and normal operation of Line.

Installation and commissioning of Material Feeding system (Ktron) .

Automation System Installation and commissioning for Fluidized Bed Dryer.



Hands On Experience: (Operational Knowledge and Troubleshooting of Process)

Extruder: Zsk-50 Coperion (Krupp Werner and Pfleiderer) Extruder Line (1000Kg/Hr, 30:1 L/D), Kneader Base Extruder Line (750 Kg/Hr, 40:1 L/D, Twin Screw), Kneader Base Single screw Extruder Line (600 Kg/Hr).

Injection Molding Machine (Engel, L and T )

Spectrophoto meter (Gretag Macbeth Color-Eye 7000 A)

Gravimetric Feeder and Blending System (K-tron, Maguire )

Conveying and Material Handling System (Conair, K-tron Hurricane, Rathi)

Product Handling System : Pelletizer, Classifier, Fluidized Bed Dryer, Bagging Machine?(Scheer, Witte, Acrapac)

Laboratory Equipments
