Managing a team of Shift in charge and operator, allocating tasks based on priority to meet the deadline.

New product development as per customer specification

To monitor and improve the efficiency, output and safety of a plant

ISO Coordinator and auditor

HACCP & BRC Coordinator and internal auditor

Production planning and control together with raw material and resource planning?

Continuous monitoring of in-process & final production activities for reducing of non conformance product.?

Co-ordination with inter departments like Quality, Purchase etc for product improvement, procurement of raw material.?
