Use tensile testing machine to find load and %elongation of the filament (Pet, Nylon).

Use moisture apparatus to find out the moisture of the material.

Using oven to find out the shrinkage of the filament (boiling shrinkage and thermal shrinkage).

I.V test for the PET filament.?

Maintaining the log books for quality section.

PH value test.

Find density of chips.

Oilpick up Test.

Dew point Test.
