Job Profile:

Standard operation of production line by taking ownership of the machine compliance with all safety measure

Proficient knowledge in mould setting, monitoring ?& control trouble shooting of ?processing problem

Production of 20 numbers of injection moulding m/c.

Processing of GPPS, SAN, PC, ABS, PS, Rubber, Delrin, PP.

Rejection analysis

Daily production report, production planning

Machine Maintenance, Mould Maintenance, Hot runner moulds.

Managed workforce of 50 workers. ? 



Knowledge of the field as per Experience:

Having a Good control on operating Injection Moulding Machines and related accessories like MTC, Granulator.

Having a good experience on troubleshooting of components in hot runner, split type, multi cavity injection moulds.

Good Knowledge over processing of engineering &commodity plastics for all moulds.
