Job Profile:

Receiving in process and final inspection of material.?

Maintaining inspection reports.?

Maintaining calibration & communication records with external calibration facilities.

Preparation of calibration report & updating calibration history cards.

Immediate triggering action in case instrument found out of calibration / specification.

Preparation of product test plan & internal testing schedule.

Ensuring availability of standards,work instructions, drawing etc. for test plan.

Testing of products as per test plan.

Maintaining testing records & communication records with external testing facilities.

Release test certificate.

Preservation and disposition of tested samples.

Maintaining housekeeping in lab.
