Supply Chain Management?Sourcing / Procurement

Managing procurement of vehicles, Tanks, Engineering Stores, and their related spares for the Army by devising various sourcing strategies.

Forecasting, budgeting and planning of funds for procurement of main equipment and their spares and ensuring optimum utilization of funds with maximum cost saving.





Warehouse Management:

Managing to timely service delivery as well as collection for Ordnance Depot within the stipulated period.

Volume calculation of the parts within the warehouse/stores. Location management as per Average monthly consumption.
